Experience the Magic of Samsung Frame TVs

World-Renowned Masterpieces Transform into Neo QLED 4K TVs

Experience the Magic of Samsung Frame TVs

In 2017, the Samsung Frame TV was released to excited consumers. This high-performance QLED TV transformed the big, black display into a work of art that changed at the touch of a button. When not in use, it looks like a masterpiece painting or a personal photo library, providing great home entertainment while enhancing the home’s aesthetics.

At the time, Sangdo Lee, Samsung’s Vice President of the Visual Display Business, said in a statement about The Frame, “Within the living space, we know that technology is very personal. We created The Frame to provide consumers with a TV that beautifies their space and lives in perfect harmony with their interior décor.” Few TVs can claim to enhance a home’s design.

Then, in 2025, Samsung launched the Frame Pro TV, and what was great got even better. Here, we’ll explore some of the features and benefits of Samsung’s latest creation.

Why the Pro Upgrade

When The Frame hit the market, the fanfare was all about a screen that blended seamlessly with a home’s design, elevating it by becoming a world-class painting or photograph. But while it was a technological wonder, other TVs were headlining in cinematic performance.

The Frame Pro changes that with a brighter Neo QLED Mini LED panel and an advanced AI Gen3 Processor. The result, picture-wise, is a dynamic, vibrant image with enhanced contrast.

A matte finish reduces glare and helps it look like an actual painting, and customizable bezel colors ensure a seamless integration with your home’s design.

The Smart Experience

The AI Gen3 Processor uses artificial intelligence to analyze content and upscale low-resolution video to almost 8K clarity, creating more realistic images and vivid scenes. The AI Motion Enhancer and 144Hz refresh rate are excellent additions for sports fans and gamers, using AI technology to make fast-moving objects appear smoother and less blurry.

HDR Tone Mapping adjusts color and brightness across scenes, enhancing contrast and delivering richer colors for a more lifelike image. Finally you can scale the Samsung Frame Pro up to 85 inches—a size that performs well in media rooms and home theaters

Art Mode

So, now that we have a display that rivals high-performance TVs when active, what happens when it’s asleep? While the images are good, Art Mode is still one of its biggest selling features, bringing vibrant works of art into your home and turning your TV into a digital canvas. Samsung’s Art Store added even more options, offering over 3,000 works of art from more than 1,000 artists. The vast selection includes paintings and photographs from world-renowned museum collections and galleries.

In addition to works by well-known artists like Claude Monet and Salvador Dalí, it also offers collections that align with the seasons, holidays, and natural surroundings. You can also create a collage with family photographs that continuously change.

Like a gallery with ever-changing artwork, you can experience “The Starry Night” by Vincent Van Gogh one day and “Berenices” by Petros Koublis the next.

The customized bezel is available in a range of colors to complement your home’s aesthetic. By upgrading to the Deco TV Frames, a third-party provider, you can further elevate the appearance of fine artwork on your walls. These frames are available in antique gold, champagne gold, burlwood, Tuscan copper, and more, looking much like the frames found in galleries.
